Can I order a piece in my custom size?
Yes, we do offer made-to-measure services on selected pieces. Email us with your request on contact@ztinternational.co and our team will reach out to you.
Is the shipping free?
Shipping is entirely complimentary worldwide, on every order. There is no minimum spend and no exceptions.
When will my order arrive?
Within India 5-7 business days. Outside India 14-21 business days. Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped. Should any delay arise, we will reach out to you directly via your registered email, we maintain close communication at every step. For order enquiries, write to us at support@ztinternational.co with your order number.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We take great care ensuring every piece leaves us in perfect condition as it goes through final quality checks. Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please write to us at support@ztinternational.co within 7 days of receiving it. We will evaluate the matter and ensure it is resolved through a replacement or exchange.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags intact and unbroken. Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item, it will be thoroughly inspected- items that appear worn, used, or unsellable will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please note: Items purchased during a sale cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
How do you process refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. Upon approval of your returned item, you will receive one of the following:
Option A: Store credit, valid for one year. Option B: Product exchange, processed within 5 days.
You will be notified of the outcome once your item has been inspected. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it, as we are unable to assist beyond the 7-day window.
